Blending the rich tones of soul, the groove of funk and the smooth sophistication of jazz, Shakella Dedi has a voice that moves both hearts and feet.

With a sound rooted in timeless influences yet elevated by modern flair, she brings raw emotion and magnetic stage presence to every performance.

Shakella is a versatile and experienced vocalist/ actress. She is currently playing young Diana in the Diana Ross Story 2024 – 2025 In The Name Of Love Tour. She also works as an independent Tina Turner tribute act.

She is the founder member of 7 piece band Duo Soul Live and is currently touring with 80’s soul band Change, known for hits like Change Of Heart & Searching (Luther Vandross).

With over 20 years experience in entertainment, Shakella has performed on a variety of stages from London theatres and festivals – to international concert halls in an assortment of productions including The Magic Of Motown, Soulsations and Soul Legends – providing BV’s for soul luminaries such as Gwen Dickey (Rose Royce) & The Drifters.
